Privacy — AVora

AVora provides an AV operations intelligence platform to enterprise customers. This document describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit avoraops.com, request a demo, or use the platform as an authorized end user.

Information we collect

Contact form data — name, work email, company, and message text you voluntarily submit through our forms.
Operational telemetry — when you use a tenant workspace, AVora collects AV device, room, and meeting telemetry from the integrations your organization has authorized.
Authentication metadata — sign-in time, IP, device user agent, and MFA status for security and audit purposes.
Basic web analytics — anonymous traffic patterns on the marketing site (no third-party advertising trackers).

How we use it

To provide and improve the AVora platform.
To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
To detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents.
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Data isolation

AVora is a multi-tenant platform with strict isolation enforced at the database, application, and edge layers. Customer data is never shared across tenants. Connector credentials are encrypted at rest and only decrypted inside isolated workers serving a specific tenant.

Subprocessors

We use a small number of trusted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, transactional email, observability). A current list is available on request via privacy@avoraops.com.

Retention

Marketing contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. Tenant operational data follows the retention policy configured by each tenant’s administrator.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete information about you. Email privacy@avoraops.com to exercise these rights.
